学历及学术经历:
82年毕业于浙江大学; 88年毕业于哈尔滨工业大学，工学硕士;88年~99年任职于苏州大学测试中心，任工程师、高工，主任助理，常务副主任(副处级)和苏州大学材料科学研究中心常务副主任; 96年至今，高级工程师、副研究员，材料物理及化学、材料学硕士点导师。1999~2000年，韩国全北大学交流学者;2005 ~2006年，美国Missouri University of Science and Technology高访。06年以来，在国内外材料学期刊：J. Am. Ceram. Soc., Acta Biomater.等发表论文数十篇。90年获航空航天部科技进步三等奖1项;03年获江苏省科技进步三等奖和苏州市科技进步二等奖各1项;国家、省级火炬计划各1项(2003~2004年);校优秀中青年骨干教师(93、95年);江苏省“333工程”第三梯队培养对象(97、2002)。吴江市科技领军人才(2010)。

纳米功能粉体及电子、发光材料;生物活性玻璃和陶瓷;静电纺技术;骨科植入物;骨复合材料组织工程等。
