研究领域 长期聚焦东亚植物区系的起源与格局形成机制,整合植物分类学、生物地理学和生物信息学等多学科手段,从全球的视野较为系统地开展了东亚植物多样性调查与分类、区系来源和时空格局形成机制研究。具体包括:
i)东亚植物区系重要热点地区植物多样性调查和系统分类学研究,解决长期有争议的物种系统演化问题;
ii)重点关注我国特有或东亚植物区系重要特征类群,开展系统发育重建、性状进化、分化时间、起源地和多样性进化分析,并结合化石、古地理和古气候变迁,探讨它们的起源、分化历史和可能的散布途径;
iii)东亚植物区系植物多样性分布格局及其形成机制,预测未来全球气候变化下植物多样性演变趋势。
迄今,在PNAS、National Science Review、Global Ecology and Biogeography、Ecography、Biological Conservation、Proceedings of the Royal Society B: Biological Sciences、Journal of Biogeography、Molocular Phylogenetics and Evolution、Taxon等刊物上发表论文50余篇,主编专著3部;发表新属1个、新种19个。
