二本要不要考研
是要考研的，主要原因有：
普通二本非名校，就业缺乏竞争力
虽然普通二本毕业后是本科学历，在大学毕业生当中，比专科和三本的学生都有优势，也更具竞争力，但是它并不是清华、北大、复旦、浙大这样的的顶尖大学，也不是“985工程”类院校，不属于名校，缺乏知名度，在就业中仍然是缺乏竞争力的。
时代在发展，人民教育水平普遍有所提高
在二三十年前，就读博士、硕士的人还比较少，本科文凭已经算是比较高的了。高学历人才一直都是国家和企业比较重视的，所以那个时候的本科生是很吃香的，工作好找，并且很容易找到好工作。
研究生学历更有利于职业生涯发展
读书除了增长自己的知识，也是希望能够在未来的职场中获得更好的发展。虽然读研需要花费三年时间，在这期间本科毕业的同学已经工作了三年，积累了三年的工作经验，但是从长远的发展来看，我认为就读研究生的人员会更加有优势。
