As is obviously demonstrated by the chart, there is a series of figures showing the ratio of different factors in hunting for a job. It can be seen that the education background takes up the most, which accounts for 35%, followed by communication capability with the value of 30%, while working skills and work experience only make up 20% and 15%, respectively.
So what can be drawn from the chart? It is not hard to understand that the education background in some extent can indicate ones potential. It naturally follows that only by pursuing a higher degree can we find a decent job easily. Also, the importance of communication capability deserves equal attention, since it determines the working efficiency when we function as a member of a team. However, not only can working skills be improved by training, but also work experience can be accumulated later after employment.
Therefore, it is high time that we attached great importance to education and communication capability. Only in this way, can we find a satisfactory job after we graduate.
考研进入复试的分数线
1、国家线：国家线是国家划定的，被绝大多数硕士研究生招生单位作为招生必备条件的考研复试分数线。其中包括应试科目总分要求和单科分数要求，只有总分、单科分数都过了国家线，才算是满足参与复试或参加调剂的基本要求。
2、自主划线：自主划线是教育部审批的部分招生单位可以根据本单位招生情况自主决定考研复试分数线，而不必参照考研国家复试分数线。由于这34所高校对生源的要求比较高，自划线一般比国家线高。
3、院校线：校线是各招生单位在国家线的基础上，根据本校有关专业生源余缺确定的复试资格线。一般学校会直接采用国家线作为校线，热门学校校线会高于国家线。院校线只是一个参考，个别院线就是校线。不过过了校线，基本上就有申请校内调剂的资格了。
4、专业录取线：在我们通关了国家线、院校线之后，就要来面对最后这条“专业录取线”了。因为每一个专业的热门程度有差别，报考情况也各不相同，所以每个报考专业都会自然形成录取最高分、录取最低分，通常将某个专业的录取最低分数称为专业录取分数线。
