What comes into view is that in the picture, some young people are having a dragon boat race which attracts a lot of spectators. If we take a closer look, it can be found that an elderly woman said to her spouse happily, “It is wonderful that there are more and more people participating in the dragon boat race held in our village!” Obviously, the above picture has shown an implication that it is important to inherit and develop traditional culture.
What the cartoonist has conveyed in the picture can be clearly and accurately summarized as the following: the phenomenon will make a huge difference to our lives. The supporting point is that inheriting and carrying forward traditional Chinese culture is conducive to China’s Socialist cultural construction in the new period. Besides, it is not rare to find that excellent traditional culture is a distinctive symbol of a city, and the inheritance and development of excellent traditional culture is of special significance to boosting the city’s economic development, tourism and cultural exchanges and improving its comprehensive competitiveness.
According to the above analysis, it is imperative for us to take steps. Of all the measures, it is people’s action that matters the most. Only in this way can we make our life more colorful and vigorous.
